Coach Kim McCartyMy coaching started at Williamsburg in 2004 as the JV Coach. In the spring, I coached JO for the Brown County Club. In the fall of 2005, I went to Milford High School and coached for three years. On the off season, I coached for the Greater Miami Volleyball Club. In October 2008, I started referring and have been the last 8 years. In 2012, I took the Varsity Coaching position at Williamsburg for 2 years and coached club for Cincy East. Then in 2014 I took the Varsity Coaching position with Batavia. This will be my 3rd season with Cincy Crush Volleyball Club.
