CRUSHETTES

Crushettes is one of the training sessions we hold during the summer that focuses on all facets of the game of volleyball.    It is broken down into two sessions with certain ages.

Age Group #1:  4th/5th/6th Grade
(will split talent level between two gyms)

Age Group #2:   7th Grade & Above
