Director and Coach Shannon CharlesShannon is the President of the Cincy Crush Board of Directors, she's a Club Director, Coach, Brian's wife, and also Kama's mom and #1 fan! She leads all administration work, as well as handling all AR/AP/Payroll functions. She facilitates Tryouts, sends offers letters, and handles the funds/scholarships.
She completed 501(c) 3 status for the Club, as well as obtained our Non-Profit Status. She began coaching at a recreational level and achieved success with her teams finishing in 1st and/or 2nd place each season. She then began coaching at a Club level in 2013 with Cincy Crush. She has followed her family’s love of volleyball and does everything she can to run the club as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. She absolutely loves coaching and encourages the players to be great teammates and young ladies. She also enjoys traveling, movies, music and spending time with her family and friends. She loves traveling with her husband Brian, most recently enjoying a trip to Italy, Croatia and Greece. She is currently planning a wedding with her daughter Kama, whom she loves spending time with...along with her soon-to-be son-in-law, Mitchell and her grand puppies Bean and Oscar. Her motto is: "Winning isn't everything, but wanting to win is".
