CRUSHETTES
Crushettes is one of the training sessions we hold during the summer that focuses on all facets of the game of volleyball.
The training is spread over 4 weeks with trainings on both Tuesday and Thursday. It is broken down into two sessions with certain ages. The total cost per child is $35 per session ($280 for all) due when submitting registration for the training.
Age Group #1: 4th/5th/6th Grade
(will split talent level between two gyms)
Age Group #2: 7th Grade & 8th Grade

Registration:
To sign up, please download and fill in the file below. Then either:
- Drop off the Registration/Waiver with payment at the Cincy Crush Gym. Mailbox is on the wall next to the main door as you walk in.
- Mail the Registration/Waiver below along with payment to 239 Deer Creek Drive, Amelia, Ohio 45012

Once the form and payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation that your child is registered. (Please allow 5-7 business days to receive this confirmation. If you don't receive it by then, please reach out to brian.charles@live.com
