Tournament Days are the total days a team plays in a tournament. If one tournament expands over 3 days, this counts as 3 Tournament Days.
*No additional fees for coach's lodging for the planned tournaments for the National teams
*If a National team qualifies or decides to go to Nationals (USAV in Kansas City, MO (11-13's) or Dallas, TX (14-17's) or AAU in Orlando, FL), the fee for the tournament and coaches' travel & lodging will be split amongst the team.
*No additional fees for coach's lodging for the planned tournaments for the National teams
*If a National team qualifies or decides to go to Nationals (USAV in Kansas City, MO (11-13's) or Dallas, TX (14-17's) or AAU in Orlando, FL), the fee for the tournament and coaches' travel & lodging will be split amongst the team.

1st Payment due at signing and/or December 1st.
2nd Payment due January 1st
Final Payment due February 1st.
*Payment must be received in full by Feb 1st in order to participate
in practices and tournaments.

11u-18u - Two practices per week with outstanding coaches
National team practices will possibly extend later into the season past OVR Finals depending on tournament schedule.

Additional Costs (if applicable):
-If teams want additional tournaments, the cost will be split amongst the team (the additional cost includes the tournament cost and a $100 coach fee for each additional tournament).
-Hotel Cost for Head Coach for overnight tournaments, the cost will be split amongst the team (up to $200)
