Fees for 2026 Club Season 12's - 18's:
Regional Teams ( 9 Tournament Days, 2 x 1.5 hour practices per week):
10 Player Regional Team: $1650.00 per player
9 Player Regional Team: $1750.00 per player

American Teams (11 Tournament Days, 1 x 1.5 hour practice & 1 x 2 hour practice per week):

National Teams (15-20 Tournament Days, 2 x 2 hour practices per week):

Tournament Days are the total days a team plays in a tournament. If one tournament expands over 3 days, this counts as 3 Tournament Days.
*No additional fees for coach's lodging for the planned tournaments for the National teams
* If a National team participates in any of the four tournaments listed below, the following expenses are not included in the club registration fee: tournament registration, coaches’ additional tournament days, coaches’ travel, and coaches’ lodging. These costs will be divided among the team members and must be paid in full prior to attending the event.
*No additional fees for coach's lodging for the planned tournaments for the National teams
* If a National team participates in any of the four tournaments listed below, the following expenses are not included in the club registration fee: tournament registration, coaches’ additional tournament days, coaches’ travel, and coaches’ lodging. These costs will be divided among the team members and must be paid in full prior to attending the event.
- decides to go to the Girls Junior Club Championship in Columbus, OH (11-17's, June 5-7)
- decides to go to the AAU Girls' Junior National Volleyball Championships in Orlando, FL)
- qualifies to go to USAV Nationals in Minneapolis, MN (11-13's, June 19-22)
- qualifies to go to USAV Nationals in Indianapolis, IN (14-17's, June 25-July 3)
Payment amounts will differ depending on team your child is on.
Payment schedule for 14U-18U:
1st Payment due at signing
2nd Payment due October 1st
3rd Payment due December 1st
Final Payment due February 1st
Payment schedule for 10U-13U:
1st Payment due at signing and/or December 1st.
2nd Payment due January 1st
Final Payment due February 1st.
*Payment must be received in full by Feb 1st in order to participate
in practices and tournaments.
Included In Fees:
11u-18u - Two practices per week with outstanding coaches
National team practices will possibly extend later into the season past OVR Finals depending on tournament schedule.

1- Warm up Long Sleeve

Additional Costs (if applicable):
-If teams want additional tournaments, the cost will be split amongst the team (the additional cost includes the tournament cost and a $100 coach fee for each additional tournament).
-Hotel Cost for Head Coach for overnight tournaments, the cost will be split amongst the team (up to $200)
