Coach Bonnie OverbeckBonnie has been coaching girls sports since she was a girl herself. She currently coaches volleyball, sand volleyball and Girls on the Run. She's coached volleyball players from kindergarten through 8th grade. This is her first year coaching U15 club ball at Cincy Crush.
Bonnie was born and raised in Cincinnati. She played in high school at St. Ursula and while in college at University of Florida. She returned back to Cincinnati after school and works from 3B Realty Group’s main office in Westside Cincinnati, OH. She lives and raises her 3 daughters on 5+ acres in Colerain. All three daughters share her love of volleyball; the older two starting their first seasons playing at Cincy Crush as well. Her family is active in the St. Bernard parish and school. If Bonnie is not coaching girls sports, she's training herself in Crossfit, playing sand ball somewhere or working in real estate. She competed in the OCR World Championship races; team and individual 2014, 2015, 2018. She has earned Spartan Trifectas, Mud Ninja swords, Battlefrog podiums, and Tough Mudder headbands for days to name a few. She was featured on NBC’s show Spartan: Ultimate Team Challenge. Her favorite endurance event to date, however, has been her MS Bike 150: a 150 mile charity bike ride from Nashville to Lynchburg, TN and back, in honor of her Aunt Maureen Champion Overbeck. Coaching Mantra: Champions don't show up to get everything they want. They show up to give everything they have. |
