Annual Sand FUN-draiser
FEBRUARY 8th, 2025
Our annual fundraiser allows us to keep the facility up-to-date with equipment used by the teams to continue to grow and improve their skills. The event is held at Grand Sands Volleyball and is made up of two Sand Quad Volleyball Lotteries throughout the day. We also have a number of baskets sponsored by each team and as well as donations from local establishments for everyone to enter chances to win. The morning lottery will consist of our 14 Regional teams and below. Our evening lottery will consist of our 14 American teams and above. We encourage friends and families to participate in each event.
The morning session is a little more laid back. The morning session will allow participants to request to be on a certain team if they'd like. The other players will be randomly drawn trying to keep all teams evenly balanced. Some teams might consist of 5 or 6 players based off of the number of participants.
The evening sessions is the more competitive of the two sessions and will have random draws to form each team. Players will be ranked as A, B, C, and D players and teams will randomly be created trying to make sure all teams are evenly balanced as much as possible. You cannot request being on a team with another individual in the evening session.
If playing in the sand isn't your thing, we would still love to see you!! We will have Superbowl Squares this year and amazing baskets. This is a major component in helping our nonprofit club stay up-to-date and upkeep of the facilities and we appreciate your support. If you can't make it but still would like some chances to win some of the baskets, reach out to our Sand FUNdraiser Coordinator and we will do our best to arrange something.
